GoogleNot impressed so far - couldn't understand a word the person who answered the phone said - it felt like I had called the wrong number and they didn't have a clue how to deal with a bereavement notification. Put on hold for 10 mins then cut off. No further ahead than if I had rung a random number.

GoogleWorst service I've ever seen!!! We bought this "apartment " 11 years ago. They don't care about anything except ripping us out of money for unexplained repairs and service charges!!! I haven't received any response for any of my emails from 2018!!! They first charging for unexplained additional service charges and then sending letters regarding this. Avoid them if you can

GoogleAs voiced by many people on here A2 Dominions customer service is terrible, their phone manner is often rude and unhelpful, they never answer their emails so don't waste your time in sending them. Their repair team Pyramid are equally as bad. We are now looking to move now and looking forward to not having to deal with these people again.

GoogleHi everyone, I have read the latest reviews and there are a lot of complaints by tenants not happy with the service, but you have to take into consideration that we are still facing Covid-19 Pandemic and A2 maybe short of staff. Usually, I have had Good Service from them.

GoogleAbsolutely useless organisation. You have to constantly chase these people to get stuff fixed. Would give less than 1 star if it is was possible (quarter of a star is more fitting)

GoogleTried to call them because they send letters a day before they want access to your property I cant just take the next day off. Oh for works I have took a day off for and they never bothered to show up. So I try calling them get cut off all the time a shambles

GoogleI’m not happy with A2 dominos at all ... please avoid to buy or rent any property from them. They put me in trouble for the rest of my life ..... they made offices out of our car park and rent them to third party while we are in need of car park , shame on them.

GoogleThey don’t really care about their tenants. I know few things about this company: 1/ Absolutely irresponsible 2/ Shockingly irregular 3/ Deeply unorganised and obviously disorganised. Poor customer services with useless, rude and unprofessional staff. I’m extremely dissatisfied. I wouldn’t recommend this dodgy company to anyone. One star is even too much to give.

GoogleBeen a tenant for 18 years never missed a rent payment ever yet boiler has been down for 6 weeks and no one has bother to get it done asap. Had to call in every single day and even then would ger transfered from department to department. Absoloutely ashamed

GoogleA2 dominion sent someone to my house from Pyramid Group to fix a tap in our home, his name is Junior Sharp. Thank you for doing such a good job whenever you come and always going above and beyond your job, the company are priveleged to have someone like you working for them.

GoogleI have been renting for 11 months now and my contract is due to end, I didn’t want to extend for another year, but for only a couple of months. They made it so easy for me, with a simple phone call, it was all sorted. Thank you A2dominon!

GoogleAbsolutely useless. Not only recieved letter from bailiffs that A2Dominion didn't pay their water bills which resulted in every single tennants receiving threatening letters but now my account is in credit and yes mr Frasik we will adjust your for this month. Did they ?No liars

GoogleWORST housing Association Ever!!!! They have left me and my family in a RAT infested property in Stanmore place and are refusing to help. They won’t do any repairs on the property and when they do they send someone to Make problem worst. They are rude and unprofessional

GoogleNo one picks up the phone. I've been trying to get hold of someone for days as the central boiler is not working for the flat. Totally useless head office but happy to increases the service charge in the meantime.

GoogleNot being funny had no running water for over 24 hours not the first time this has happened and the longest is 3 days this is a whole block without water sort it out
