Avoid at all costs

I agree 100% with the previous reviewI very rarely leave reviews and even less negative ones but I felt it my duty to warn others of this company. I moved into one of their properties and there were leaks in 3 separate parts of the home due to their negligence. Due to these leaks, our home became infested with filter flies, and were made to live with this pest for months, which can also spread diseases. It took them 10 MONTHS to resolve their leak issues only for us to then find another leak, we are 2 months since raising this issue and they still haven't resolved this issue. I have never in my life had to deal with a company like this. For your own benefit AVOID this company.

Useless company, wasting residents estate management payments and dont care its being wasted, someone's getting a back handed somewhere I bet, they're still asking for more money to pay a company called JUST ASK to take care of estate ground work/tree cutting general gardening maintenance and its not being done. A2DOMINION SHAME ON YOU.

Absolutely disgraceful organisation..a simple mutual exchange that should take 42days is still ongoing nearly a year later. My side was ready to go within the set time period. They pulled down the conversatory in June 2023 and the rubble is still waiting to be collected.... difficult to get hold of any customer service... unless it to pay your rent!!

When will A2Dominion finally end their contract with TSG Gas !!! With so many numerous negative reviews concerning this incompetent, unprofessional and dishonest company, it beggars belief that they are still being used by A2Dominion, giving tenants nothing but stress and disruption on our home life. Been waiting for nearly a year now to have my radiators replaced, pipes flushed and boiler issues corrected. Today, after waiting for a month for a final appointment was called at the last minute to say engineer not well, and have to wait again next month. Totally unacceptable. This useless company's shenanigans has been going on long before Covid !! Just a bunch of Cowboys !!

It's almost impressive just how incompetent these people are. I imagine they have some kind of carer at home to look after them as I can't imagine any of these being able to dress themselves. Every interaction I have ever had with them has been frustrating. Just generally shocking bad.

Terrible changed our residents parking from 1st come 1st served to 1 permit per flat. Used PCM as the agents who ticketed all the residents with 100 pound fines for parking outside their own homes! I appealed on the grounds I live here, parking control management rejected it of course, so contacted A2 the landowners who are NO HELP and refuse to do anything ! To sum it up I have to pay 100 pounds a night to park at my a2 residence or leave car ten minutes away. These changes came AFTER I moved in. And now the car park is half empty every night, pathetic a2.

We bought shears from them 4 years ago. The biggest mistakes of our life! Flat ok, location perfect but estate look like a slum. Dirt, smell, bins overflowed, untisocial behaviour, drugs and homles in every hole they can get in. A2dominion not bother with any complaints but happy to charge £200 🥶 for services they don't deliver. With any issue they send us to " management company " Hazelvine which even more useless than them. The best stay away from them. 0 stars from me👎

The worst housing association I have ever used and you should save yourself any hassle and AVOID! They are very happy to take your rent and services money but when it comes to looking after their properties or tenants, you can forget about it... Customer services are extremely rude and clearly don't care. Housing officers are useless, incompetent and amateur at best. If you DO manage to get a repairman to come out to you, good luck getting a quality repair! You can forget about getting anything that genuinely needs replacing as their brilliant rogue trading repairman will just super glue everything back together in the click of your fingers clicking and pretend it's like brand new again!😃 AVOID A2 DOMINION AT ALL COST!

Slum Landlord. The A2 Dominion building opposite us is in a disgraceful state of disrepair. Broken windows, decaying brickwork and leaking guttering. I dread to think what state the residents dwellings are in. It’s disrespectful to both the people that live there and to the local neighbourhood that this eyesore ruins the otherwise lovely area of Acton we live in. A2 should be investigated and fined for the disgusting state of this building. Shame on you.

Worst housing association. We can’t wait until we can give up our tenancy with them. We pay full rent, have been with them for 10 years. The communication from them is shocking. The companies they send out to do repairs - Pyramid Plus and the gas company TSG are absolutely diabolical. They are rude, incompetent and every time we have anything done there is always an issue. Complaints are always made and that procedure is awful too. They don’t give a damn about their tenants. Seems as we are affordable housing tenants that we should feel grateful to them! Sick to the back teeth of this poor excuse of a Landlord.

Awful company. Our block of flats has not had working lifts for almost three months, creating huge problems for residents including children, parents, and injured/older neighbours. A2’s interactions with us have been unhelpful, not timely, and inaccurate in communications, as the repair date keeps being pushed back every two weeks by another two weeks.

Not impressed so far - couldn't understand a word the person who answered the phone said - it felt like I had called the wrong number and they didn't have a clue how to deal with a bereavement notification. Put on hold for 10 mins then cut off. No further ahead than if I had rung a random number.

Worst service I've ever seen!!! We bought this "apartment " 11 years ago. They don't care about anything except ripping us out of money for unexplained repairs and service charges!!! I haven't received any response for any of my emails from 2018!!! They first charging for unexplained additional service charges and then sending letters regarding this. Avoid them if you can

As voiced by many people on here A2 Dominions customer service is terrible, their phone manner is often rude and unhelpful, they never answer their emails so don't waste your time in sending them. Their repair team Pyramid are equally as bad. We are now looking to move now and looking forward to not having to deal with these people again.
