GoogleFull marks to Che and Gracie for achieving the sale of our flat in a very difficult market. Throughout they have been professional, friendly and proactive, offering sound advice on the marketing approach, pricing and final negotiations. We especially appreciated the “added value” aspects of the service, most notably the work of Lucasz in producing a great walk-through video, and then some amazing CGI re-furnishing of the flat to give it broader appeal. We were also very pleased that we used one of solicitors on the Martin & Co list, as they were very familiar with the local developments and thereby speeded up the sales process considerably. No hesitation in recommending Che and his team.

Their work ethic is incredibly efficient, they don't waste time and are always quick to respond to any query. What truly sets them apart is their dedication to finding reliable, quality tenants. From the beginning, Dominik and Che were available to do snagging appointments from the developer. They kept us constantly informed with timely communications and advised us of the rental market trends. GoogleI have had absolutely outstanding customer service from Michael, Dominik and Che at Martin and Co over the past few weeks. They have always in my opinion been a wonderful estate agency but with the Covid crisis they have really pulled the rabbit out of the hat! Two tenancies came up for renewal and both let using video viewings. Reasonable prices too - I highly recommend this firm.
