Hannah was extremely professional & helpful in my search for a property, I told her what I wanted and that was all she informed me of, rather than places I had no interest in, unfortunately I did not rent from Martin’s & co, but my feedback on a property I viewed was given to a landlord by Hannah & they did the necessary works required, so it was obvious Hannah took me seriously, when I informed Hannah that I had rented elsewhere she was happy for me, wished me all the best and remembered my situation, a great service from a real professional, a credit to the company, would definitely recommend.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I am very thankful to Martin & Co and specifically to Che who has been incredible with my current move, helping me secure an offer and rent an apartment. There's always an extra piece of comfort that a good estate agent can provide when letting a home - not everyone understands that but Martin and co definitely did (che specifically). Che was great to work with in securing our lease for our new apartment this year. He's incredibly patient and personable, and his dealing with minor questions over WhatsApp is a nice little touch which makes everything more easing and efficient. Che was instrumental in letting out our flat Although I have not met Che personally, my first impressions over the phone was that he came across as very personable and professional. Within a month, there were a few viewings and I know that with the current let, he was very pro active and persuaded the tenants to look at flats in other areas , He is very diligent in his quest to find a tenant for our flat and I truely appreciate his hard work. To conclude, I have no doubt that Che will do well and certainly an Asset to Martin and Co.

Both Dominik and Che were a pleasure to deal with throughout the process of selling my flat. Dominik was accurate with his valuation and quick to get the ball rolling before Che sold the property to my first set of viewers! They were both super responsive to any questions I had and always replied swiftly and gave me regular feedback so I was always fully updated with how the transaction was progressing. So very grateful to have stumbled upon such a wonderful letting&estate agency, and s/o to Che for being so proactive, super responsive and oh so very patient with me, ultimately helping me to finally find my London home. I had encountered a few other agencies before Martin & Co. and all were so pushy and apathetic towards my concerns, whereas Che was so chill and addressed them all, no matter how petty. It is the best feeling to feel 100 when committing to a place that one is going to have to call home, regardless of for how long. Thank you Che (& Elena!) for not only dealing with me, but for also helping me find and get settled into my current home that I am soo in love with.
