Ryan was fantastic throughout our house-buying journey. He was always friendly, patient, and professional, taking the time to answer our questions, and was great at guiding us, whilst always giving us time and space during the process. His polite and understanding approach made what can be a stressful experience, feel much more pleasant and enjoyable. He was excellent at communicating thoroughout, and it genuinely felt like he had our best interests at heart every step of the way. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and would very haplily work with him again! :)

I had a genuinely great experience with Albion Riverside, especially with Ryan, who helped me throughout the whole process of finding and renting my new home. Ryan was always very quick to respond and incredibly attentive. Whenever I had questions or specific requests, he carefully checked every detail and made sure everything was properly followed up. I really appreciated that I never felt like I had to keep reminding him about things, he was always reliable, organised and thoughtful throughout the entire process. As someone moving to London from abroad for the first time, there were many things I was unfamiliar with, but Ryan was always patient and helpful, which made the whole process much easier and less stressful. From my initial enquiries and paperwork through to moving into the flat, I felt very well looked after. Even after everything was completed, he continued to check that I was settling in well. Recent experience with bad Tenants, 7 months of struggle to get rent paid and preventing damage to the property shows how important it is to engage the strong Estate Agent. Strong Letting Team has to apply strict referencing procedures, strong Management Team needs to check the life style of Tenants and help with maintenance of the property and strong Legal Team to advice on legality. Che McDowell and Martin & Co leadership worked extremely hard to help me end this damaging Tenancy and regain control over the property. Thank you so much Che Mc Dowell. Your input good will and expertise were crucial at all stages and especially at final stages. The new member of the Management Team in Martin and Co, Jack Goodall is golden addition. Che McDowell and Louise Humphrey continue to be a delight to work with. Talking and interacting with is just a delight. Whilst professional they are both so personable. Finding somewhere you call home is so much more than a financial transaction it is deeply emotional. Louise is so helpful with even the smallest issues and puts my mind at ease. Che and Louise provide that human touch that lets you see they really care. From the second I met Che, the way he spoke to me, showed genuine concern I knew i'd met an estate agent who cared about me find somewhere I could call home. Not only that after I moved in any issues he went out of his way to deal instantly. Che and Louise are unlike any other Estate Agents I have dealt with.
