GoogleHaving had an appalling experience with another letting agent in Cardiff who twice failed to even get back to me once they had taken my initial details, I decided to use Peter Alan to let my property. I was very impressed with the regular communication and very prompt replies to my enquiries from Aneurin at their Llanishen office, and the fact that they found a tenant within 1 day . Very professional and friendly service, and I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to all landlords and tenants.

GoogleI initially had contact with the sales team in the Llanishen office who were polite and helpful. Once we had secured a property I came into contact with Melanie Davidson regarding progressing our purchase. I found Melanie very helpful but also knowledgeable and professional. She was able to find out information about the chain and kept me up to date. I also found her very personable and reassuring.

Googleso sadly disappointed with Peter alan llanishen. I requested my house to be taken off the market on numerous ocassiins after people messing me around . and 2 months on still advertised. Peter alan Also leaflets around doors stating my house was sold with the number of the house on it and guess what not sold so also false advertising . I could carry on but lost all confidence in Peter alan night mare for me avoid avoid avoid also sent leaflets around people's door

GoogleI’ve been using Peter Alan to advertise and manage my property for the last three years. They have done an outstanding job. They are professional, effective, dedicated and accommodating, especially if there are maintenance issues and I’m outside the country. The maintenance team always think outside the box. Due to this professionalism and dedication from all the staff, my property is never vacant. I would highly recommend Peter Alan for anyone who wants their rental properties managed by a professional company.

GooglePathetic. My neighbor's house is let out by Peter Alan and their fence fell down in September 2017. The landlord was informed at the time and Peter Alan was due to fix it and never did. Five months later and numerous calls to Peter Alan and the fence is not fixed. If this is the standard of their maintenance care it doesn't say much for the rest of the business. Will definitely be avoiding them for any homes I sell/rent in the future.
