Unfortunately this vendor had been badly advised by a competitor. We sold it quickly to buyers from Scotland and she bought a property through Morgan & Co. Afterwards we assisted in finding contractors to do improvements on her new home.

We are all puzzled as to who "Robertson Robertson" is as we have no record of a Robertson phoning or emailing. Could this review be from a disrupter? We won Double Gold last month for "Exceptional Customer Service" in Sales and Lettings, which puts Morgan & Co in the top 2% of over 15,000 agents surveyed across the UK (99.6%).

We have searched through emails, phone records and correspondence and can find no record of a Colin Jones having been in contact with Morgan & Co. There is no comment and it makes us think this is a spurious review to try to lower out 5* record.

We cannot find any record of a Myfanwy Nicholson on our CRM or any email history, but if you phone or email us we shall endeavour to help you to move from A to B.
