We sold this small cottage to her and 18-months later she re-married and did not need it. We assisted buyers with plans for alterations and extensions to achieve a good sale.

One of the best estate agents I have ever used, they couldn’t have done anymore, they are extremely helpful with chasing things up always polite and very professional and I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again and would definitely recommend them if you are looking to buy or sell a property.

Trevor Morgan and his team dealt with the house sale for my mother's estate. I live in Canada and it could have been a nightmare. In fact Morgan and Co handled the whole thing extremely well, the house sold quickly, and they were always extremely professional, including taking care of the many details that I would normally be expected to handle (house clearance etc.). Outstanding!

Have sold 2 houses with Morgan and Co and couldn't be more please with the professional way they delt with them. A friendly greeting and knowing you can always ask for help on your properties means a lot especially when you do not live locally, I would recommend them to anyone.

This party cancelled appointed for 28/7/2020 and rearranged for 6/8/2020. by which time the vendors had accepted an offer from a cash buyer well above the asking price. We wish them good hunting.
