FacebookRecently sold my home with Compass Estates. Graham & Graeme both came out initially to meet myself and discuss their services and costs. Graeme (Nimmo) organised everything from my home report to my marketing, viewings and the sale! Nothing but top tier service. Graeme kept me in the loop at every single step and made the sale of my house as smooth and stress free as possible (first time seller and I was freaking out) I honestly can't thank Graeme & Compass Estates enough for everything! Would definitely recommend. Thanks again!! :) x
Thanks so much for the kind words Alana. An absolute pleasure. Have a great weekend 😎

GoogleWhen we met with David at the property for the viewing he made us feel at ease and he was very knowledgeable about the house and the area. He was so friendly and helpful. Our purchase went very smoothly and David communicated with us every step of the way. He pays great attention to detail and put a lot of thought into our gift box. This was such a lovely surprise and so thoughtful. We would recommend Compass Estates to anyone the service they provide is excellent!

FacebookBrilliant service from start to finish, took care of everything and at a better price than a quote I had from the selling agent's company. If you're looking to sell, I thoroughly recommend getting in touch with them! Local, professional, friendly. Took care of little niggles which can often arise before / after completion. They also offer a Mortgage broker service if you want 👌
Thanks so much Stephen and very best of luck to you all in the new home 😎🏡
