What can I say, Lucy was an absolute star from our very first meeting right up to the completion of our house purchase. Lucy also sold our house too and we could not have been in better hands. It has been 25 years since we last moved and things have changed quite a bit. From the first viewing of our new house to selling ours was a real whirlwind and had it not been Lucy's perfect recommendations of a mortgage advisor and a very competent and professional solicitor then I do not think we would have managed to get it all over the line. Lucy managed all viewings and was always available to respond to Whatsapp and emails for all the nonsense that enters your mind when buying or selling a house. Nothing was too much trouble and if you are considering selling your house and looking for a reliable, communicative and professional Estate Agent then look no further, Lucy at Compass Estates is a great choice.

Heather Wozniak at Compass Estates is a really lovely person, very friendly and always professional. She was always early for viewings and went through everything with me beforehand. (He even gave me a lift to an appointment in frosty weather to save me getting a bus whilst I was temporarily incapacitated!!)
