Dear Aleksander, I am genuinely surprised you have made this remark six months after leaving your rented property. At no time did I have a complaint from you about this company. I understand the rented property wasn't what you wanted and we offered you an exit plan which you didn't take. The exit offer was not a term in the contract and therefore a gesture of goodwill on the part of this company and the owner.
