The Homesmart team have ran a handful of properties for me for over ten years. This has always been done in a professional manner, comparative to other agents I use elsewhere in the country. As a Landlord I’ve found them to be 100% upfront in there business with no unfair bias toward Tenant or Landlord. It is in my interest to keep a Tenant comfortable & happy within a property and I’d be upset to hear anything to the contrary. Homesmart have ensured this on my behalf using local knowledge and experience to maintain our relationship. Having read some of the above ‘negative’ reviews I can, as the Landlord corroborate Homesmart account on at least one of them. Thankyou Homesmart.

Homesmart and everyone I spoke to were helpful and friendly, very responsive. The fees were a lot better than other estate agents which was one of the big reasons for going with them. Any issues I have had so far have been fixed quickly. The only issue I had was the amount of paperwork myself and my guarentor had to fill in seemed excessive for a rental. But other than that I would highly recommend this estate agents.

I am a long standing landlord with a medium sized portfolio of rental properties and use Homesmart lettings as my agent. In the ten years I have used this company I have never had a complaint from a tenant. Homesmart carry out all the statutory duties required of a letting agent from recruitment and selection of suitable tenants to rental arrangements, gas checks and property checks. When tenants raise an issue, I am immediately contacted by Homesmart and respond accordingly, usually to the benefit of the tenant. They have never recruited a bad tenant for me and I am completely satisfied with the service they provide. If you are a prospective tenant and consider yourself suitable, I would not hesitate in recommending Homesmart Lettings.

We bought a house through Homesmart and we were impressed at every step of the way. They were always available to help us, nudge solicitors, and communicate with vendors. On the very stressful final day, they came directly to us so that we could get our kids inside right away (had been sat on a driveway for 3 hours!) With chocolate and bubbly. Thanks for all the help. Homesmart are responsible for the house my husband and I rent. Other than University days this is my first experience of renting. Homesmart have made the whole process straightforward. When small issues have arisen (a problem with the Dishwasher and toilet seat) they have been on the case and resolved them speedily. Based upon our experience I am more than happy to recommend them.
