GoogleUnprofessional and irresponsible time-wasting.
Called while still abroad in Germany to schedule a viewing and to give them all my details. I was given a viewing time and was told I would receive a confirmation by email along with answers to my questions (such as to why the property is advertised as a 2-bedroom flat but only one is shown in the pictures). Neither email arrived. Wanting to make sure, I called again a few days later once in Liverpool only to be told that my name was not even entered in the system and that they cannot give me an alternative time slot. They did not even bother to make the effort to schedule me at the end of the viewing session. The positive point is that it is good to have known and experienced this before entering in a contract with them and having to rely on them for anything more serious.
Edit: don't get fooled by the empty PR reply below. Instead of conducting a positive inquiry and offering a constructive solution, TVG Lettings challenged my review on allagents.co.uk and tried to take it down. The website's moderation team conducted an investigation and found the evidence I gave them to back every claim on my review and confirmed its publication on their website.
