Both Daniel and Tom met me at the City Residence property. They were well prepared. I was shown the demo flat as well as my own apartment. All my questions were answered. I was also introduced to the project manager. I left feeling very confident about my purchase. The overall customer service was great.

GoogleHorrible Horrible developer. We have been left destitute after their Fabric District failed. No communication or support. Do not invest with them. We had high hopes but has been nothing short of a disaster. 4 years on and we still have no answers.

Google1. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeful. 2. Very happy with both Pre sales and after sales care team 3. Working extra miles always to solve the problems. Most of time , after normal working hours to speed the process. 4.All solutions provided has right legal and commercial aspect. 5. Customer happiness is main focus. Whilst we were up against a certain deadline (not entirely sure who was driving that deadline but it certainly wasn't me), they were very patient with my delay in finding time to read through the legals and patient at answering my queries.
