Once contact with RW had been established our experience was positive throughout.We were impressed by the knowledge of James Crompton, our sales representative and the amount of time he spent with us showing us the show apartment at Parliament Square development and afterwards during sale negotiations. We did never feel pressurised.After we had reserved our apartment we were handed over to Daniel Stewart, our client care manager. He stayed in touch throughout the buying process. He listened well and found answers to all my questions. He was supportive, kind and again gave us a lot of time. It was a true pleasure to know him.
