Wonderful, responsive follow up in particular by Chloe Walker and Micheal Brailsford. I live and work overseas, the UK property market and all the rules and checks was an enigma to, but Chloe and Micheal followed up and saw me across the line.

GoogleAdam at RW was extremely attentive in guiding us through our purchase of a property in Manchester, and was there to provide solutions to any hiccups along the way, despite being overseas and juggling multiple timezones. Recommended, would definitely use again.

Be extremely careful with these guys. I am currently dealing with a purchase where information and contracts were manipulated, kept hidden and misconstrued in a way to benefit RWInvest, and their Developers whom they work closely with.

Before entering in to any purchase, draft contracts are made available to view via your legal representatives as we always want to ensure that any investor is happy and 100% comfortable with the contents of the agreements before proceeding.Once signed, contracts are binding not only for the investor, but for the developer as well, meaning that they cannot be manipulated as your feedback suggests.If any issues arise following exchange, our Post-Exchange team are available to speak with and we are aware that you have been in communication with them regarding the issues you refer to in your feedback.
