GooglePlease avoid this cowboy agency if you are a landlord and you want to rent out your property. They do not vet the tenants properly. They will lie to you and let you know that everything is ok, but it’s not. They are very unprofessional and will not manage your property appropriately. They only want your money. Avoid this estate agents at all cost.

The team were fantastic from the moment we called to arrange a viewing. They were very accommodating to our work schedules. This really helped as we were able to view the property at a time suited to us both. It really can make a difference. The team were supportive guiding us once we put the offer in. They kept clear communication between us, sellor and solicitors which I believe made the process smooth and eased any stress. Thank you so much. We have dealt with another local estate agents and my experience with the previous estate agents really did let me have doubts how estate agents manage house buying but the team at Martin and Co were fabulous.

Due to covid and 3 failed sales on my old property it took a while to complete but nothing was too much trouble for them. Answering calls and emails very prompt, putting my mind at ease through a stressful time. I would highly recommend people to use them for either buying or selling. GoogleI went out of way and repainted property before moving out to assure the full deposit is refunded and being charged £190 for removing rubbish from x2 wheelie bins which are collected every Friday and I couldn't take them out as moved out on Monday. Tha ks very much top agencies that looks after their tenants that never missed a payment in 5 years.
We are really sorry to hear that you were not happy with the level of service you received at the end of your tenancy. The landlord instructed us to deduct the cost of the rubbish removal from the property following you vacating the property and we followed our clients instructions. We wish you well with your onwards move and hope you are very happy in your new home. Thank you from all team at Martin and Co Liverpool.

GoogleMartin & Co in Allerton Road provided an excellent service when we had to sell our late uncle's flat. Their advice on the value of the property was extremely accurate and they were always available to assist and answer any queries. Despite this high level of service their fees were highly competitive compared to other local estate agents
