GoogleI emailed them on 2 February at 0614 hrs. to inquire about finding a tenant for my rental property. As of 11 February I received no response.
It could be because I said I just need tenanting rather than full management, so there is not much money in it for them. Or perhaps they are just unprofessional and do not respond to emails.
Either way, find a rental/real estate agent who is responsive and cares.

Dear Luisa, I am sorry to read that you are not happy. Indeed we did call you to cancel the appointment as the landlord had informed us that they had accepted another application on the property. We felt it was much better to cancel the appointment than allow you to travel, incur unnecessary expenses, when the property had already been let. We offered our sincere apologies and explained that we had to follow our clients instructions. Our client stipulated that all viewings were to be cancelled.
