Janice Linforth and Joeley Spruce were unbelievably helpful to me while I was going through the process of selling my house. They showed great patience as this was the first time I had been in this process and they explained everything to me and translated legal terms when needed. I am hoping their Bebington branch will be able to find me a suitable house in the near future. I would definitely recommend Martin & Co 😊👍

We would highly recommend Martin & Co, South Liverpool. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, supportive, trustworthy. They are can-do and go the extra mile for you, as the customer, not just to sell the property, but to get the right sale. They have been excellent and we are so pleased we chose them when there are so many options along Allerton Road.

I can highly recommend Martin & Co as I have used them for both letting and selling my house. Every member of the team is friendly and personable while always maintaining a professional manner. Regular and clear communication has made the selling process in particular go as smoothly as it could. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
