GoogleI have recently rented out two houses through Jones & Chapman and they have been excellent throughout the entire process. Nicola Vaughan and the team are highly professional, helpful and friendly and have advised me at every stage making the rentals go as smooth as possible from start to finish. Everyone in the office aways goes above and beyond and the maintenance team are great to deal with. I would highly recommend anyone to use Jones & Chapman and definitely use them again in the future.

Trustpilot0 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I have recently rented an apartment from Jones & Chapman and the service has been non existent! Other than their interest in securing monies I have moved into a property that is dirty, has issues with various repairs that I was asked "did you not notice that during the viewing". The viewing itself was shambolic as had been there less than a minute when was asked "do you want to go ahead today?!". I don't know where any of the meters are or the bins! I have been told that issues were being escalated to the landlord well over a week ago! Please avoid them at all costs or specifically the Birkenhead branch! They should be ashamed of themselves!!!!

GoogleSo we dealt with Bobbi and Alex and we’ve got nothing but good things to say about them and the J&C staff. They did everything possible to assist us in a tricky (the best word I can find) house move! They made everything less stressful, reduced any potential stresses and did it with the best of intentions! We’ve not only had good agents, we’ve made two new friends :) thanks again!

She was very accomodating on our viewing appointments!a very genuine person and efficient with the letting and paperwork process. GoogleRecently contacted Jones and Chapman to arrange a viewing after seeing multiple apartments for sale that they had advertised on Right Move. The woman I spoke to wouldn’t arrange a viewing until I had agreed to have a call with one of their mortgage advisors despite me telling her several times that I wasn’t interested in any other properties, I already had a broker I was dealing with and I wasn’t interested in finding out about getting a better yield on other properties. She booked the appointment (as I couldn’t progress without this). In the meantime I had sorted my mortgage with my broker and cancelled the appointment with Jones and Chapman. I then contacted them again to arrange a viewing only to be told that the property (they had multiple advertised on Right Move) had now gone! Total waste of time! Having purchased many houses over the past few years, this was by far the most long winded and poor service I’ve received from an Agent in Liverpool. I’ve since contacted another agent who also had an apartment advertised in the same building and arranged a viewing straight away. I really wouldn’t recommend dealing with Jones and Chapman and if this is how they sell properties I wouldn’t list any of my properties with them in the future!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I went into the Prenton branch to speak to one of 3 people. The young girl on the front desk went to the back and was followed out by a colleague This lady stood there not a hello, good morning or how can I help but stood there and shrugged her body as if to say “what do you want”. Un beknown to me this person turned out to be the manager. Well first impressions count and I was so not impressed. It felt like I had interrupted her. The ladies I have been dealing with have all been helpful but by god this manager needs to change her body language.
