GoogleJoshua asked me to write him a review based on the service I received. I must admit that I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and understanding of the current market, particulary current legistlation. I wanted to sell my apartment and he advised me to check that my buiding had relevant paperwork for the external fire wall review first, for which my building did not. He saved me a lot of time and money and I am now chasing my buiding management company for this form. Once it is complete I will be back to Joshua to sell my apartment.

GoogleHunters, and in particular, their Property Sales Agent Leah Connor, have been absolutely fantastic during our property sale. From our initial valuation meeting with Leah she has been professional, friendly and shown an extremely high knowledge of the property market. Communication has truly been second to none. Leah and her colleagues have left no stone unturned in ensuring our property was on the market and within four weeks it is in the position of sold STC. We definitely chose the right Estate Agent for us and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Hunters to friends and family.

GoogleI just collected the keys to my new home from Chloe yesterday. She was really responsive from the get go and always answered any questions I had. When in the office everyone was professional and polite. Chloe explained everything to me in detail regarding corresponding with the estate agents and she provided me with all the relevant information with regards to EPC certificates and the likes. The house I will be moving into is of really high quality too. Many thanks.

After dealing with a different estate agent all week that has caused nothing but aggro, it was refreshing to speak to someone who understands what they are talking about and actions on the words they give. Although the property I found had already been let, the experience I have had so far with Hunters, I will be checking the rest of their listings first to see if I can find a suitable property as they were spo easy to deal with. GoogleHunters.!!!! i called the office and spoken to Leah and she was very rude, and unprofessional on the telephone. I therefore called into the office to ask for information about buying a house and there was a older lady who turned out to be the manger who was really snotty and basically asked me to look on Rightmove, for all they know i was an investor with 30 properties in Liverpool, looking for an agent to mange my properties. I would not recommend Hunters at all as the service was dreadful and first impressions was complete Joke.!!!!

Whilst I appreciate that there was no one available to sit with you and go through every property and provide you with a brochure, it was explained that all our available properties could be found on our website, Rightmove or Zoopla plus various others. We also explained how you could manage your search by price, number of bedrooms, postcode etc. We then asked you to contact Hunters again if you found a property that matched your criteria and we would be delighted to arrange a viewing for you. Again, a appreciate that you may be disappointed that you didn't get the service you require but I believe that our star rating demonstrates that we are helpful and provide an excellent service.

GoogleAfter speaking with various letting agents after moving back to Liverpool, I was beginning to become disheartened by how cut and paste the interactions seemed to be. I was shown flats out of my price range or under spec to what I had requested. Hunters on the other hand were a shining example of how professionalism and warmth can make the stress of moving to a new city a much easier and less stressful undertaking. I was dealing directly with Nancy, who was always easily contactable, sympathetic and proactive in helping me find a new place to live. Boss people.

GoogleI have only been with Hunters Estate Agency for the last four months having moved into a new property and I cannot praise them enough. I usually speak with Gemma Flanagan who is very hands on with any problems or questions that I may have. She always responds quickly and will always follow up to ensure that the problem has been resolved once issued to the Landlord. She has definitely made my first time experience renting that little bit easier. Thank you!
