Within minutes of requesting a viewing I was contacted and given all the information needed. Throughout the process of renting a property with Entwistle Green I have dealt with Leanne, who has been brilliant! As a family we have struggled to find somewhere suitable within a town that has very little family properties to offer. Leanne ensured our applications and any correspondence needed was dealt with promptly and professionally. We always felt like we were kept in the loop with the whole process. My mother in laws flat in Southport was for sale for 3 years. Throughout this time, I am happy that it was marketed correctly by Entwistle Green, due to the fact we had a number of viewers. Two previous sales had fallen through due to the response of the (flat) management company who were very disjointed. However, eventually we got there and it was sold. I was satisfied with the updates I received from (mainly) Harriet and Alex. A house sale is always a frustrating experience, but Harriet always provided updates and always returned calls which was excellent customer service. They say selling a house is one of the most stressful things you can do especially if you are acting on behalf of a family member and the house is unoccupied and hundreds of miles away. The team at Entwistle Green were fantastic from start to finish. Sarah, Harriet and Alex were extremely friendly and approachable, whilst being extremely professional and efficient. They went out of their way to help by organising an energy efficiency survey and then read the metres on the day of completion which saved two extremely long journeys. Their excellent service made the whole process very much less stressful than I was expecting. So thank you Team. I would highly recommend Entwistle Green if you are considering selling or buying a property.

So refreshing to deal with enthusiastic knowledgeable staff. Rachael was fantastic on the phone and left a great first impression. Poppy came to do the valuation and was really took time to discuss everything and again had the knowledge and was prepared fully. They put themselves out for viewings etc where others estate agents make little effort to accommodate a date a time you need. I will 100% be using these girls. Brilliant 👏

We have recently let our property through Entwistle Green's Southport office. This choice was made based on the happy experience when we bought a property from Entwistle Green a few years ago and also on the obvious knowledge of the lady who we first spoke to a few months ago when we enquired about them marketing a rental property for us. She demonstrated a very clear understanding of all the latest legislation concerning residential lettings. Unfortunately she left the firm before the property was let. This was rather unnerving, but our confidence was restored when matters were seamlessly taken over and competently dealt with by her colleagues Lucy and Alex. Both went to great length's to ensure the "best fit" was made between us as Landlord and also our new tenants - who are lovely - and that all practical matters were dealt with efficiently. I would definitely use them again should the opportunity arise.

I've had to sell my mother's bungalow in Southport - but I live 200 miles away. I looked at a number of options but chose Entwistle Green as the agents because of their local knowledge and track record. I also liked the flat rate fee. Unlike with a percentage, you know exactly what your costs will be. Buyers were found very quickly and Alexandra kept on the case to achieve the sale before I had to start paying Council Tax on the property! I would recommend them.
