GoogleDisgusting service at this estate agents who thought nothing of our distress at gazumping us when they'd already accepted our offer. Will never use them again and neither should you. Most estate agents value their reputation but not entwistle green it seems. None or minus stars if I had a choice.

Awful service from this company. They took 7 weeks to get my share of the deposit feom the previous Tenant and I'm still waiting for the three months rent they took off the new Tenant upon occupation and it's been 8 weeks now. I can't express how much frustration and anger I have. Appalling service.

Alex from the Liverpool old swan store was amazing. She wasn't even my agent. She was the agent for the house I bought and did 10X more for me than my own agent and solicitor combined. Highly recommended and thanks for what you did. I wouldn't of done it without her.

Travelling down from Shropshire to Liverpool for a house viewing only for it to be cancelled last minute when already en route. Unprofessional and unapologetic. Also found out same house has been taken off the market for past 5 days, could have called any time in the last 5 days.

Lied to about exchange of contract stating it would be done and not to worry. Only to be told, i would have to wait another 5 months. Lies! Terrible estate agents. Very pushy to grab a sale just for some commission

Good friends with someone at this company so do not be fooled by these good FAKE reviews made by staff at the branch. This branch is robbing hard working people. Don't be fooled. The staff treat the clients really bad - speakingabout them when they phone for repairs etc

Rented with Entwistle green in Maghull and thought they were very nice. Landlady removed our house from Entwistle and went to Urban Residentials.When our tenancy finished it was a nightmare getting deposit back from Entwistle. Took nearly two months at no fault of our own.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
