GoogleSigned up for a viewing of a property. They changed the time of the viewing on the day of, which was fine. But they didn't actually bother to turn up. A waste of time.

Awful service from this company. They took 7 weeks to get my share of the deposit feom the previous Tenant and I'm still waiting for the three months rent they took off the new Tenant upon occupation and it's been 8 weeks now. I can't express how much frustration and anger I have. Appalling service.

Alex from the Liverpool old swan store was amazing. She wasn't even my agent. She was the agent for the house I bought and did 10X more for me than my own agent and solicitor combined. Highly recommended and thanks for what you did. I wouldn't of done it without her.

GoogleI have been a landlord with Entwistle Maghull for many a year (over 8 years) and since Thomas Lovelady took over this branch he has conducted business with the utmost sincerity and professionalism. Prior to Thomas appointment the office was so hit and miss.I wish my property agents in Australia had as much pride in their work.

Travelling down from Shropshire to Liverpool for a house viewing only for it to be cancelled last minute when already en route. Unprofessional and unapologetic. Also found out same house has been taken off the market for past 5 days, could have called any time in the last 5 days.

Good friends with someone at this company so do not be fooled by these good FAKE reviews made by staff at the branch. This branch is robbing hard working people. Don't be fooled. The staff treat the clients really bad - speakingabout them when they phone for repairs etc

Rented with Entwistle green in Maghull and thought they were very nice. Landlady removed our house from Entwistle and went to Urban Residentials.When our tenancy finished it was a nightmare getting deposit back from Entwistle. Took nearly two months at no fault of our own.
