TrustpilotThey make booking viewings impossible if you won't use their broker
Rude estate agents who make booking a viewing impossible! I've provided proof of funds for a property that's been on the market for well over a year but they're pushing to have me meet with their broker before they'll even book a viewing. It's no wonder these houses have been up for so long!

GoogleI would highly recommend Entwistle Green to anyone thinking about renting their property out. I was initially very dubious about renting my property but after speaking to Tom Lovelady who is the manager of the Maghull branch I was soon put at ease. He explained everything in great detail and found suitable tenants within 2 days All the staff here are extremely professional and helpful from beginning to end. Great experience and would use again.

GoogleEntwistle Green in Maghull have managed my apartment for over 5 years. They have provided an excellent professional service both when finding a new tenant and managing the property during a contract. Maintenance issues are dealt with promptly. Highly recommended.

GoogleAs a landlord, the lettings side started out well, but have turned very poor indeed - particularly not answering the phone, returning calls or emails. I need their help but I'm having to do it all myself.

Just awful. This estate agent over charges tenants on rent and then never fixes anything. Months without a working boiler, back door jammed shut and won't open, kitchen ceiling hanging down and flooding the kitchen every time someone has a shower. This has been going on for 5 months. Council now involved. Please avoid, these guys are out right scammers.

Do not fix repairs and when you complain they illegally evict you. when I phoned to tell them what I was informed by the council I was told that they had done me a favour because the repairs when never going to be done. I had to take this complaint to the property ombudsman as they always said they had do no wrong.

They don't vet landlords or properties, essentially just enabling bad/slum landlords. We moved into a "freshly refurbished" property which from day one had a litany of issues... 5 months on they're all still issues. Entwistle Green ultimately re-enforce the fact that renters should be treated as second class citizens, we'll never use them again.

Had no heating or hot water for 2 weeks. In my 3 year tenancy, accumulated time without both is over 2 months. Despite numerous plumbers saying boiler needs changing, Entwhistle Green (Warrington) keep letting the landlord patch it up. They also won't petition the landlord for any compensation. They're definitely all for the landlord and don't give a damn about tenants.
