I have purchased several properties through Entwistle Green , Crosby . I have found them to be very professional. They turn up on the dot for any viewings , they call back when they say they will and are very easy to deal with. They are always willing to listen and attentive to our needs. I also use Entwistle Green to manage our rental properties and once again the Lettings team are extremely helpful and quick to respond if any problems arise. Do not use them - Very unprofessional

I was recommended by an agency Get Agent (where you can compare different agencies) to contact Entwistle Green as I want to find out about either letting or selling my property in Liverpool City Centre. I spoke to a lady on Wednesday and said that I would like to arrange a combined viewing for letting and sales and she gave me some slots. I then spoke to my managing agent and asked him to be present at the property at the time we arranged also confirmed with Entwistle (Kelis Rogers). I not only spoke to her on the phone, I was then sent an email and two text messages to confirm that Sophie Marlow will be visiting. My agent waited for them for sometime and they never turned up. They did not even have the courtesy to call me and tell me they weren't coming, but finally when I called them and asked them what happened and why no one turned up - that lady had the audacity to tell me that I hadn't confirmed. I was aghast. Instead of apologising that they decided not to turn up, they actually blamed me after the appointment had been confirmed on 4 occasions. I still cant believe they blatantly lied to me on my face. Definitely avoid. And when I came to do a review of this agency - I saw that their rating is 2.6 - which says a lot.

Old Swan Branch - As a company they are abhorent and make the process for first time buyers stressful and difficult. Rang up for several properties, no viewings offered as was supposedly under offer, took copious amounts of information, offered a paid package to search and offer first viewing options before properties come on the market. Bombarded me daily with sales pitches and mortgage advise deals emails and other nonsense. I have continued to block and report. Money hungry scammers.

I WILL NEVER USE THIS AGENT AGAIN, so unprofessional and unorganised and the most rudest women who deals with deposits. I had lived in my little flat for nearly 13 years very happily only be told that the owner was wanting to sell, this isnt the issue, the issue is how i was managed by the Allerton Road branch and the rude and obnoxious the lady who deals with deposits. i spent many hours cleaning the apartment before leaving and had photographic evidence of this only to receive a report to the contrary saying it was dirty dusty and in a state of disrepair, i looked after this property whilst there and it was spotless when i left. I really want to make a complaint about the whole thing but i cant find an email address to contact.

This letting agency is the worst, I was booked in for a viewing, when I got there nobody showed up, I spend over 30mins waiting and they still didn’t show up , I tried calling and they didn’t even pick to atleast explain to me why they didn’t show up , run from them guys !!!

How do they get anything done?

Dreadful. Told us that we had to be there in person to view properties when we're trying to move from another city and work full time so we can't go in person. Won't do virtual viewings or phone calls for us and won't accept offers without viewing the property first. Shambles. How do people move cities when they can't be at all accommodating for anyone else's needs? Embarrassing company and embarrassing policies. Totally unhelpful staff who just sigh down the phone at you. Makes moving so much more stressful when it's completely unnecessary. Just offer virtual viewings!Edit: made the long trip for a viewing. They didn't even bother to show up. This was after changing the time at the last minute and getting our booking wrong multiple times.

A very disappointing experience, avoid.

A very disappointing experience, would avoid. My first tenant through an agent was unfortunately with Entwistle Green (Allerton branch) checks were supposedly carried out before moving in, but somehow huge debt was carried over and bailiffs still attend my property for them, even now they have moved on. I was continuously told one thing over the phone, and then an email would shortly follow to say something different, which shows poor communication amongst the team. My house was fully turned into a cannabis farm for the 12month duration of the tenancy, which the (third party) who carried out an inspection failed to notice or take photos of the many holes cut out of the ceilings, electric cupboard, or related equipment lying around. Once I carried out the 12 month inspection myself and saw the significant water damage, I referred back to the 6 month photos by third party and when zoomed in the evidence was there for them to see!Once I got the tenant out, I was owed rent arrears, and to add insult to injury EW asked for £150 for a check out inspection (same third party with attention to detail) and the rent/legal protection cover I'd paid for all along failed to protect me/refuse to assist because it was under 2 months worth of rent owed. I tried solid for a week to get in touch with the office, left multiple voicemails, and after emailing I was promised a call back and heard nothing. Even though I wouldn't dream about going through these agents again, I was surprised by them ignoring me, as fee's would be involved for them in helping me find a new tenant. Overall shocking experience with this agent, and was enough to put anyone off renting property out.

I sold and bought a house with Entwhistle Green. The sale went through first, within half an hour of my call I had a time and date for a home visit to see my property, they outlined the procedure, costs and the paperwork also answering all questions I had. Once the property photos had been taken and posted I had a buyer within the hour and a thousand pounds over the asking price. The house I purchased had only been marketed the day before, the sales team had called me as they thought it'd be something I was interested in. I viewed the house and placed an offer which was accepted. They are a throughly professional team who look out for their customers both buyers and sellers. Just remember to always get a full survey done when buying a property!

I would like to thank Entwistle Green for the professional service that they provided to me recently. When i rung the office, I was usually able to speak to somebody but if not, left a message and was impressed how a member of the team would always return my call - usually within the day. I never had to chase up my purchase as I was always kept updated. On more than one occasion Entwistle Green liaised between myself and the vendor which proved effective with moving the purchase forward. I was pleased to be able to speak to the same member of staff when I called which was Samantha who was always up to speed. I was particularly impressed with this company because from agreeing the sale to completion was within three months. I would have no hesitation in recommending this estate agent.

The best estate agency in Crosby..I’ve been looking for flat/house to rent and tried many estate agencies around Crosby but none of them took me seriously as I’m only 19..When I went to Entwistle Green I asked one of the staff members called Jenna to book a viewing for an appartment and she told me with honesty that it wasn’t appropriate for me..She reccomend me a house almost in the same price..I wanted to get this house as soon as possible, so she explained me into details everything that I needed to get such as paperwork and procedures...She treated me fairly and with respect and always contact me for any issues..She was friendly,professional and trustworthy as I could rely on her for everything..Now I live in this house and I’m really glad that I co-operated with Entwistle Green..

Having owned properties for over 11 years and normally sourcing tenants fairly easily, I believe the “filtering” is becoming much harder. Having refurbished a lovely little flat I own, I therefore decided to enlist the support of Entwistle Green to tighten up my screening and find me somebody who would hopefully make it their home and reliably pay their rent; I met with Alex who was friendly, knowledgeable, competent and confident that she would find somebody suitable in a very short space of time. She informed me of her marketing approach and of stringent vetting and reference checks which formed part of their tenant-find process. The property was marketed online the next day, had a flurry of viewings and appointments booked, and has now been let successfully. I wouldn’t hesitate to utilise their expertise again.
