My experience with Advantage was outstanding. I had a flood-in of other investment consultants to pick from, but only one stood out; Ryan, who I spoke to once, only briefly, whilst busy at work, as I had done so with all of the other companies that week, without even really being sure one bit, about whether I wanted to buy a property at all. I was merely looking at where to possibly live next, (as I must move out of my deceased father’s property soon) but after realising that Ryan would actually navigate all of the concerns, risks and terms of my options to a complete beginner, with dignity, patience, genuine care and support, in any way he could, right until the end, I knew it might be possible, with his help.I had some hurdles, which he went above and beyond to help me find ways around. And after over 6 months of having him as my agent now, he’s been consistently trustworthy. Im certain, that I wouldn’t have achieved it at all/found something to look forward to, without having found someone so brilliantly human and attentive.I can truly say that the level of quality, from all of his extremely advanced knowledge, to his clearly great relationship with the developers, gives one the feeling of working with nothing less than a family friend.

CAUTION -I got nothing but websites to follow up their claim of having holiday lodges for sale, not even a pdf. Any more information: £1000 reservation fee please, preferably within the hour!I followed up an ad on Zoopla regarding a holiday lodge. Sean did call me back upon my email enquiry. A long sales spiel followed where I could hardly get a word in sidewise. The further information consisted of weblinks only, any more detials not without reservation fee. I stepped back and did not investigate further. Sounds lke scam to me.I do know, that you can buy trustpilot reviews in bulk, where people will write and file them from different emails. I'm not one of them, but the 5 stars possibly are.

We are sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience, however, this review is not a reflection of us as a company. You're experience has arisen from your agreement to reserve 2 properties with 2 separate and independent property developers, by putting down 2 non-refundable reservation deposits, which you had agreed and acknowledged upon reserving your 2 properties, then made the decision at a later date to withdraw. For clarification both of the developments are progressing well and there was no justification for withdrawing from these.
Advantage have worked with you to help regain 1 of your deposits back agreeing with the developer that once the unit has re-sold and completed you will get your deposit refunded by them, which is still in process. We have also offered to help you through a different investment that would allow us to recuperate any loss for you, so any loss has not come by Advantages doing and solely by your decisions only.
We are still here to help you and work with you, so if you would like to speak with us directly then please reach out, we will be in touch with further news around one of your deposits being returned by the developer once eligible
