I have been considering buying a buy to let investment property and have done a lot of research and spoken to a few consultants. I can honestly say Emily Montgomery-Smith has been one of the best advisers I have spoken to. I’ve been working with Jake now for 3 months and he’s been amazing from the start I didn’t know what I wanted to do he spoke me through the thing that came to my attention that I was interested in and also cleared up any questions I may of had. A while ago I was in the fortunate position to invest but unsure of where or how to start. You hear of stories so I went in with a sense of trepidation and cynicism, after all was this all too good to be true. After speaking with various companies I’m glad Daniel Myatt was the one that spoke to me from Advantage Investment. From the outset Dan listened to me, understood the risk I was prepared to take and never once did he push one way or the other.
