We would like to clarify the circumstances surrounding your purchase. Your property did progress to the first stage payment at exchange, which we supported you with throughout the process. Unfortunately, the transaction could not proceed further due to your mortgage application being declined, due to false information you gave to your accountant! We also want to highlight that we successfully negotiated £4,000 cashback for you at the point of exchange, which was a positive outcome on your behalf. As clearly stated at the time of reservation, the reservation fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the purchase proceeds. Adam Wood also gave you £1,000 as a gesture of good will as you lost your deposit with the developer. Very surprised to see your continuous negative reviews. Throughout the process, we remained available to assist and guide you, and we acted in your best interests at each stage. We understand this outcome is disappointing, but the reasons for the purchase not completing were not related to our service. We look forward to the result in court. Please be kind enough to post.
