I was very impressed with the service from Dan

I was very impressed with the service I received from Advantage Investment, particularly from Dan, who was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He helped me all the way through the process and was always available on the phone. All correspondence was efficient and prompt and Dan was always happy to answer any questions. As someone looking to invest for the first time, I was very grateful for Dan's expertise and understanding. I was actually so impressed with Dan that i introduced him to a friend of mine who also invested.I have spoken to many investment firms who dont have the connection with the customer and feel like they just want your money but dont put your factors into consideration. I can say this was never the case with Dan as he was never pushy or putting an investment forward that didnt suit me. I will use him again and keep recommending him to friends.

Josh was the real estate consultant I dealt with. E really holds your hand and guides you through the doubts you have. The most impressive thing is, he is not just about the property, he actually cares about you as a customer and asks how you are. Josh is transparent and has a very high integrity. I really think without him in the middle of this transaction, it would have been too quiet, and my worries, will have been unanswered questions, about this being a good deal will have taken over and I will have pulled out. Josh was always their to answer all my crucial questions.

Great dealing with AI and Josh! Met at Property Exhibition in London, went to their offices later for a different deal. The conversation with Thomas Jones was truly exceptional. I was impressed with his level of knowledge and the amount of data that he had about the market. Thomas did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city, surrounding area, culture, and risk management. The delivery of the information was straightforward: presenting the info and talking about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. Thomas's promptness, knowledge, strategic mindset, kindness, and good energy made a potentially intimidating, chaotic, and overwhelming process simple. Thomas was very knowledgeable with regards to the business deal of investing in the lodges. I had misunderstood the online advert and thought that the lodges were for sale. illegal transaction, false promises, over embellished sales pitch

The company is expert in selling investment properties on false promises. There is a web of falsehood when the sold us a park lodge in Landan Barnsoul a development in Scotland. They called it a freehold investment on lodge and the plot for 5 years, It was not registered anywhere as a transaction. The documents issued were all like monopoly money, just printed papers. They said they have very good relationship with the developer and yet showed ignorance about developer's company Apple Invest Ltd. heading into administration and all sales transactions were banned from November 2023 by High court injunction order being in place.How can any agent be so lacking in duty of care towards its client is beyond belief.They have sold these lodge to many investors like me knowing fully well that the transactions are illegal, just to raise more money for Apple Invest ltd, 's director, to get him out of administration.
