Ok I invested in a none refundable buy to let of £2,500 none refundable But also put a further £2,500. Down totaling £5,000. Due to circumstances I had to foreclose on the deal which means I lose £2,500. But the further £2,500. Should’ve been refunded back into my account unfortunately the developers are stating it’s down to solicitors how ever the developers have had 5 months to refund my account and still fighting this So people please be aware developers will take your money and string it out for as long as they can with making excuse after excuse I’ve emailed direct to the developer with no response via 2 various emails and still awaiting my funds Back Constant excuses blaming solicitors Developers take your money but don’t want to pay you back funds that belong to you People don’t be fobbed off by them name and shame then

I located this investment organisation by chance. I spoke to one of their consultants who provided full guidance and information. As well as, backed-up, by providing additional and useful data. Considering, the depth of information that, I requested and was provided, I was not obliged to make an immediate investment. I'm impressed. Initially, my thoughts were 'what's the catch?' I've checked and researched the information provided. So far, nothing negative identified. Looks like I'm in good company👍

I was put through to Advantage Investment last year after seeing an ad on Zoopla for a holiday lodge. Being new to this type of investment, I was cautious at first. Owen provided me with all of the information and was always on hand to answer any questions I had and put my mind at ease. I have been receiving my income for the best part of a year now and have just came back to Owen to purchase another lodge. It has been great to be kept in the loop with the site’s progression and I know where I will be going when the time comes to invest again.
