GoogleLast year we had rats, mould, a leaking roof, lightless corridors, blocked pipes and constant real estate agents popping it to rent it out for next suckers. We pestered them for months and were just ignored because "they need to be emailed so they can keep a record not phone calls."

GoogleVery friendly members of staff, easy to contact with no fuss or headaches. Highly recommended for people going to University, going by my experience whiles being here anyway. Prices are reasonable which is always a bonus. Well deservant of a whopping 5 stars to be honest!

GoogleAbsolutely awful. Lived in one of their properties for a year and had multiple leaks in the roof coming into the rooms and it took them 3 months to fix it. Very rude staff and constantly ignore emails.

Googlevery very poor communication , did not respond to over 5 emails , or calls regarding leaking roof . faulty electrics , and rats in the back yard. Avoid. Refers to student property at Phillamore Rd in August 2017

GoogleVery helpful agents who have assisted us multiple times. when our heating failed on us the response was quick, likewise when i was personally locked out late into the evening somebody was there within half an hour. would thoroughly recommend
