GoogleIf you are looking for another mediocre, routine run of the mill property service then don't read any further. However if you would like to enlist the help of a team who will have your best interests in mind then go directly to Address Properties. The team headed by Alex and Josh will 'address' all of your property needs with a great deal of competency, energy and honest due diligence. As a property owner and landlord I am underway with my third project with Address Properties. I have worked with them from the point of purchasing property through renovations and onto renting to quality tenants with excellent rental returns. They are always available for a friendly chat or to give advice and they don't make a bad cup of coffee either. I have no hesitation in recommending Address Properties for all of your property needs. If you wish to buy or sell a property, are a landlord with property to rent or tenants in need of good quality accommodation I suggest you give Address Properties a ring today.

GoogleTerrible back street agency in my opinion. did not give me any details about deposits with tds/dps as required by law from 6/4/2007. Then ignore calls and requests for deposit refund. Been waiting 12 weeks with no correspondence.also the repair service is a disgrace they have a in house team yet they charge for sub contractors to do the work lol a real clever company. Hopefully trade and standards and fsb will act on the information ive sent

GoogleThe house that had damp, mould, leaks, and had a improvement notice raised against it, address properties do not care, do not use them or you'll regret, especially when they without your deposit during a cost of living crisis for the no reason other than their disorganised organisation.

GoogleExtremely rude and abrupt, are very unhappy to help and on the rare occasion they do help it takes a very long time. We had to unfortunately deal with them for a while year, would strongly advise to avoid using them, it may seem like a good estate agent from an external point of view however this is not the case. Terrible service.

GoogleI cant thank address properties enough for my pleasant tenacy with them during my final year at university. The move in & out was managed great & the communication between the estate agents and myself always proved polite & helpful. In a nut shell: Great company. Helpful and reliable staff. Prompt communication. No issues Would reccommend for anybody looking for short or long term tenancys.

GoogleGod awful, the house had black mold, damp and to top off their been, in my opinion, malicious, underhanded, disorganised, unprofessional. Within the first month these issues were reported, and nothing substantive was changed by the landlord or address properties.

GoogleAddress properties has always been very friendly with us and whenever we needed a service, such as an electrician, they are usually quite prompt. Once it was only myself and a housemate, and we were locked out. It must have been 8 pm but Address was able to send someone to help us out almost immediately! Great people!

GoogleMy time at uni was brilliant but staying here was the cherry on the proverbial cake. Great staff that attended my every need with a beaming grin on their faces and superb customer service (replacement shower tray, fixing washing machine, unblocking the toilet etc.) Hats off to all of them

GoogleLast year we had rats, mould, a leaking roof, lightless corridors, blocked pipes and constant real estate agents popping it to rent it out for next suckers. We pestered them for months and were just ignored because "they need to be emailed so they can keep a record not phone calls."
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
