GoogleThis is about abode Crosby Avoid at all costs they are absolutely horrible towards the tenant have zero compassion not an ounce of respect have no problem in telling their tenant if you aren’t happy then leave will avoid your calls for wks tell you they’ll get back in touch a day or two later and never do but when it suits them to hound your phone they will just disgusting behaviour especially for a tenant who’s been no problem and pays their rent yet treated like absolute dirt Its a bullying tactic they have and this is referred to the men and women in the Crosby office who I won’t mention my husband has had to deal with a few of these supposedly professional people over issues with the house and the attitude they have is very unprofessional these people are ment to be representing the landlord but they are doing so in such a bad manner Save yourself the headache and stress of this particular agency

I literally walked into the Abode office on Allerton hopelessly and with no expectations as I was weary with the difficulty of finding a place to rent in wavertree. Amanda immediately set me up for a viewing. Three weeks later, I was handed the keys. I am so grateful to Amanda and Lynsey.

GoogleThis is about abode Crosby They don’t care about the tenants definitely don’t have any interest in helping them or being decent towards them Will speak to them like they are scum deny and use certain tactics to not take responsibility for their lack of service It has been a nightmare with this agency I wish I read all the negative reviews about this agency before I got involved.

GoogleRecently contracted them for the sale of my home in Wavertree, it had all seemed OK, but my dealings with the Sales Progressor did not at all impress me. She read from the wrong file, she didn't seem to know what she was talking about, she seemed to be telling me what she hoped was true rather than what she knew to be. My buyer was incredibly difficult and kept not having done the things he said he had but she would just take his word for it and keep harassing me to pick dates that he was not in ready for. Though to be fair she did seem to be trying, she replied to messages after hours and did keep responding rather than just going silent. I got there in the end but it took a lot longer than it should (about a year) and cost me a lot more money than it should. Ultimately I payed them a lot of money to be on my side in this process and in the end it did not feel like they were. I will never be using them again.

Sue (Formby), Anne (Crosby) & Mike (Crosby) have been nothing short of amazing throughout this whole process. The Vendors of the property were absolutely awful to deal with, from asking for cash payments to pay their potential rental costs to refusing to move resulting in losing a buyer, however the 3 wonderful people persevered to make our dream happen. Sue, Anne and Mike you are all fabulous and I hope your boss is reading this and rewards you all for your on-going determination and excellent customer service. If you guys had not worked tirelessly displaying such excellent negotiation skills I am under no illusion this purchase would never have happened. Abode also found the new buyer for our property, even though it was not for sale with them at the time. What more can I say!!!!!Never in my house buying experience have I ever been happy to pay my Estate Agency fees.....definitely money well spent! If you are looking for a quality agent to sell your property then look no further. Top notch service from start to finish, goes the extra mile and above all lovely people. 1000% recommended !!!!

Abode have been absolutely brilliant from beginning to end. They got the flat on the market quickly and marketed to the right people to get it sold within 2 days and significantly over asking price. They were also invaluable in progressing the sale when there were issues with solicitors, and they were always happy to speak to me on the phone or answer emails. I honestly can't recommend them highly enough, and I'll definitely use them again.

We switched from an agent who had made promises they could not keep and provided a sub-standard service. Abode was the reverse. No false promises but definite effort to market and sell the house. It paid off. Attentive, friendly and helpful service. Unlike the previous agent, who promised to provide accompanied viewings when we were at work, Abode took much of the strain out of what is undoubtedly a stressful time. Very pleased with our choice to switch.

I recently moved into a new house and I couldn't have done it without the help of my letting agent Amanda. She was incredibly helpful and efficient throughout the whole process. Really responsive throughout the process and was always contactable, I was really impressed with the level of service that I received from my letting agent. They were always available to answer my questions and they went above and beyond to make sure that my move was as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new place to live.
