GoogleWe recently just bought a house through Belvoire and have to say that the service was brilliant. From the first time i rang up to arrange a viewing they where helpful and friendly. Whenever we rang up and asked for information or another viewing it was solved with no hassle and in a very quick time period. I rang other estate agents to arrange viewings and belvoire are by far the most helpful, friendly and accommodating, it never feels like they are trying to push anything on you and they genuinely want to help you out. We dealt with lori williams and vicky colleran mainly but everyone who we met and spoke with was great with us. People are always saying buying a house is a nighmare yet i have found it very easy and thats in huge part to these. I would and have already recommended them to people and cannot speak highly enough about them.

FacebookGenerally disappointed with the service (or lack of) I've been getting from Belvoir. They never seem to be helpful even with minor issues or queries. Since moving in to the property I've had a lot of noise disturbance (day and night) from nuisance neighbours living above me. Upon reporting the issue to Belvoir on several occasions, they seemed to not care and basically told me that nothing can be done about it. The noise was so bad at times that I had to ask the neighbours myself to keep it down, which of course, had no affect.

FacebookI have been really happy with the letting service received from Belvoir to date. Excellent guidance and knowledge of the Liverpool area, great support to resolve issues and a lot of ownership to make the process as smooth as possible - as a remote landlord this is key from a lettings agent. I have good communication with the team and so far all rents paid on time with no issues. I look forward to working more together in 2017.

GoogleI have been with Belvoir letting for many years now and always found them to be great at what they do. Recently, had an end of tenancy and a new tenancy start. The whole process was handled excellently by Lucy Wilson. She made the whole process seamless. Definitely one of the best letting agents I have worked with.

The Trusted AgentRebecca recently carried out a move out on our property and the move out report was in depth and all correspondence regarding move out was great. I have recently received communication from utility providers confirming the move out readings had been updated. The property had been managed fantastically well over the year and I was happy that we secured a tenant last year in the middle of lockdown.
