GoogleTogether with a group of overseas and UK owners of a property in Liverpool, I engaged Belvoir in May 2020 to provide full management and letting services for my apartment when the previous management agent was replaced by the freeholder. At all levels of Belvoir, they have been very professional, ethical and responsive, placing the interest of us landlords in a high position and working with us side by side to cope with a trying situation imposed by the building manager. GoogleWe have had mixed experiences with our letting through Belvoir; the landlord was difficult to engage with (especially for issues on moving into our flat, repairs which were necessary, and in relation to our deposit return). Belvoir! have been honest with us and clear, and have been able to help as much as they are able to (within their remit of responsibility with the landlord). Friendly staff, and Belvoir! have been easy to deal with. Unfortunately our landlord was not!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
