Googlebroken thermostat no heating no worries they call police and don't fix disgusting behaviour oh I have emails saying broken thermostat would have been replaced before yet when it's needed no repair. Wheelchair user housebound unacceptable wouldn't recommend

GoogleGraham Butt Team, I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding repeated last-minute cancellations of my viewings. This has now happened twice, on 10th April and 13th April. Both times, the appointments were confirmed, and I was even contacted to reconfirm my attendance, only for them to be cancelled shortly before the scheduled time. I would like to specifically highlight Ilana from the Littlehampton team. How can the same issue happen twice? Why are appointments being booked and confirmed when you do not have the keys from the landlord or proper approval in place? The reasons given for cancellation are not convincing and show poor coordination. This gives the impression that appointments are being booked without certainty, which is misleading and a waste of my time. Please ensure appointments are only scheduled when everything is properly arranged. I expect a clear explanation. Mohammed Saleem

GoogleWe have used Graham Butt for two property sales now and one purchase, the team are always very friendly and helpful, and were good at keeping us in the loop. They also chased up solicitors for us which was very helpful. Would recommend and use them again if needed.

GoogleThe staff at Graham Butt Estate Agents are all very professional but friendly too so really felt that I was being looked after. I was well informed about every property I viewed and when I had chosen the property I wanted they answered every query that I had, following up with the Vendors and getting back to me quickly so I was never left 'wondering'. I was moving from Surrey so quite far away and they made recommendations further to the Survey, of contractors who could carry out the works needed and also supplied keys so that estimates could be carried out. And finally they liaised with the solicitors too and advised that completion had taken place and that the keys were waiting for me, in fact so quickly, they just beat the solicitor to it, phoning to let me know! I have no hesitation in recommending Graham Butt Estate Agents! Thank you all - I love my new home!

GoogleGraham Butts Littlehampton have been outstanding throughout the selling of my property. They have communicated every inch of the way, they are very quick to respond to emails and when calling the office you can always get through and speak them. They have gone out of their way to help and support to make the process as stress free as it can be. From printing documents from the solicitor as I do not have a printer to sitting with me to double check I had filled it all correctly and scanning them back. I can honestly not commend them enough. Every team member is very welcoming and friendly, I will always recommend this branch and the staff, just outstanding! I am extremely grateful for all their help and support. I felt with Kris Thorley throughout the sale and I cannot commend him enough for his support and help throughout. He was simply amazing!

GoogleUnfortunately after 15 plus years of Letting properties with Butts we've had no choice but leave a few months ago due to lack of support with an awkward tenant. Then received a 2nd class mailed letter which was sent two weeks ago, which now has resulted in a fine for non payment of under £20 of council tax. This was the second letter sent to Butts that wasn't actioned by them. If you're looking to rent a property my advise would be to avoid.

Google3 stars due to being made false promises regarding dealing with a mould problem. Also wasn't contacted by Graham Butt to confirm that I wished to also end my tenancy alongside my partner at the time. Also faced with unplanned visits and felt that it was implied that the issues raised with them were of my own wrong doing and left in the dark with little to no communication for an extended period of time when I battled against this.

GoogleI sold a property through Graham Butts, Littlehampton. Simon Bain provided sound advice from the start and this was supplemented by Kris after the initial 12-week window. His logical and well thought out advice resulted in a sale. Kris requires a special mention for his advice, empathy, sensitivity and tenacity in getting the property sale to the finish line. A great service all round and I would strongly recommend Graham Butts to anyone.

GoogleI rented a property that was managed by Graham butt. The flat was flat 10 thornton court. It had horrific mould conditions due to no ventilation and had storage style heaters that work off peak sadly for a year they did not work and I had to use plug in heaters. I was patient all the way through the tenancy asking for help until the end where it was so bad I had to leave the property I was denied a discussion with the landlord for no heat, I was denied a conversation with the directors of graham butt. Every email with visitation and solutions by Kate at Graham butt never came to be. During the one year no one from Graham butt attended the property. When I left I went out of my way to clean the property to a higher standard than I received it. I also made sure it was respectful for viewings. They took some of my deposit for professional cleaning and have yet to produce any invoices or receipts to prove this. Be very careful of this company at all levels of their business from cleaner to director they are very soulless people . Do not let these people manage your tenancy if you're a tenant

They also found tenants very quickly and they were very good tenants.
