Amazing team I’ve just purchased my first home through Graham Butt, and Isobel, Elise and the rest of the team were amazing from start to finish. There were several challenges along the way, none of which were caused by Graham Butt, but their communication, hard work and support made the whole process so much easier. During a very stressful time, I knew I could rely on them. Whenever I called, someone was always there to put my mind at ease or explain what was happening, and sometimes that was all I needed. I would happily recommend Graham Butt to anyone and will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you again for all your hard work and for sticking with this one!

We had been with another local estate agent for quite some time and, unfortunately, felt that we had become stuck. My experience of Graham Butt Estate Agents, Littlehampton branch, was first class. Isobel Howard deserves a special mention for her personal attention from the time of viewing all the way through to completion. She answered any questions I had, diligently seeking out the answers to any she didn’t know. I was a nervous (first time on my own) buyer and she provided explanations and assurances along the way to get me over the line. She also had a good relationship with the solicitors and seller, so was able to chase up where necessary. If she wasn’t available, like when a wanted an extra viewing, other members of the team stepped in and were equally kind and supportive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team, but particularly Isobel, who was very client-focused, including being by my side to understand and complete some of the online documents, as the solicitor’s operation was paper-free and consequently, all online.

I would highly recommend Graham Butt Agents to anyone. Their handling of my sale was dealt with professionally, swiftly with utmost attention to detail. However, they really impressed when on the day of Contract exchange my Seller pulled out of her sale causing the whole chain to collapse. James Butt stepped in personally and showed great negotiation, tenacity and creativity to get it all back on track to complete within 2 weeks. James and his team recovered the situation with significantly more input than any other Agent in the chain and as such deserve a 12 out of 10 for the service provided. A great result provided by a really competent and professional set of individuals!

I bought my house in Littlehampton with Graham Butt Estate Agents in 2009. I moved on in 2017 but kept the house as a rental property, and it made sense to have Graham Butt manage it. This year I have had a tenant move out and have had to update and refurbish the house for a new tenant. Everything was handled superbly by Graham Butt Estate Agents and it was a surprisingly stress-free process from my perspective. I work at sea and therefore could not view the works, but Kate at Graham Butt Estate Agents handled everything superbly - professional, precise, but also with kindness and understanding. I was very impressed that she invited my mother to come and view the work that had been carried out before sending me the invoice. Another bonus was that the invoices for all the different suppliers had been compiled into one invoice to Graham Butt, and therefore I only had one simple payment to make. Highly recommended.

James came round and gave us a fair, in depth evaluation of our house. They then hand picked properties that matched what we were looking for and made sure viewings were quick and at a time that suited our tricky schedule. I have recently sold my property with Graham Butt, and whilst it was a difficult property to sell & therefore a lengthy process, they got it done. I am still surprised at how many viewings they managed to get booked in, whilst fitting them around my busy schedule. The communication from start to finish was impeccable, there was never a period of time in which i didn’t know what was going on, I was kept up to date and given such valuable advice throughout. I trusted their judgement completely. Whilst dealing with other estate agent companies when finding a new home, I found there is an very noticeable difference between the standard of service, Graham Butt being by far the best Estate Agent Company I’ve had dealings with. Unfortunately I have moved out of the area, so when I come to sell I will not be able to use Graham Butt, but I will without a doubt recommend them to any family & friends in the future.
