We recently sold our property and purchased a new property through Glyn Jones in Littlehampton which completed this week. The staff at the Littlehampton branch were very helpful and Steve helped us through both the sale and purchase answering any queries we had very quickly. Any worries we had he put our minds at ease and was so lovely to deal with!! We couldn’t have asked for anything more and would highly recommend to any one looking to sell or buy. We were really pleased to find a property we liked that wasn’t with the local letting agent we had previously let from. From the outset Glyn-Jones were more professional in a number of ways. Estate agents are extremely busy at the moment, but despite this we found the agents at Glyn-Jones more responsive than our previous agents. They were also more thoughtful, and the pack/paperwork we were given upon collecting the keys more thorough. They ensured the property we moved into was fully cleaned and repairs made despite having been left in a really poor state. Hi what can I say! I’ve dealt with a number of estate agents when trying to sell my property, and was getting frustrated with the unprofessional approach to their job of selling my house, not all were like this but a few were, that was until my wife and I decided to use Glyn Jones. I came across Aaron Baker, senior negotiator, for Glyn Jones, he promised to sell my house within 2 weeks and he did just that. Unfortunately there were a few issues where our buyers lost their buyers, but this never put the Glyn Jones team off, their worked hard to find me a buyer and they succeeded in the end where other estate agents fell short. So if you want to sell you house don’t hesitate to use the Glyn Jones team in Littlehampron, their are true to their word, and have a very professional approach to their job, and they are guided under the good Managememt of Mr Steve Williams the Branch Manager.
