GoogleHad no heating for one month and counting instead of fixing it iv live with a plug in radiator , also Steve Jenkins the letting manager enter my rented room with no permission or letter in advance while I was away . So far it's seems like any faults with managing the property take weeks to sort and you are given lie after lie why things are not replaced or fixed. Wouldn't recommend I pay my rent on time. If you report a fault you have to ring them to chase up every fault. As a letting agent or property management it's extremely poor. My latest problem is not internet for over a week now. As the property ha no TV line I rely on streaming and hence I still have no TV .

GoogleAfter getting back into renting again, it's been a bit of a rollercoaster, but Glyn Jones have made it go smoothly! We didn't know what date we'd be moving in, but every few days we'd get an update so we never had to wonder what was going on. And now that we've moved in and have had a few teething problems, everything has either been dealt with promptly or due to be sorted out ASAP! Always easy to get in contact with them and we're always contacted prior to work being carried out. We're super grateful!PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleI have been to see many properties with Glyn Jones in littlehampton and the staff there are amazing. When I went into the branch the member of staff I spoke to (I think he was the lettings manager) was extremely kind talking through what I would be looking for and registering me. Then on the properties I viewed they were all with Myles he was really helpful when talking through the properties and he was extremely patient with my decision making.

GoogleEthan in the Littlehampton branch is very personable and was excellent at keeping me updated with the progress of my property sale . Often fraught with delays caused by third parties. But he never stopped chasing vendors or their solicitors. 100% will use his services again.
