Steve Williams and his team at the Littlehampton branch have been excellent throughout the sale .From the start we have been given good advice at a very competitive rate. The brochure that was put together was thorough,well illustrated and led to a quick sale . Megan was always available to answer my questions and replied to my emails in a timely manner. I had some delays moving in and they came down to the house to open up the door for my deliveries. GoogleAaron dealt with the sale of my property and from inital valuation through to completion and exchange & was super helpful and made the situation as stress free as possible! The whole process was wrapped up as quickly as possible and Aaron was always attentive without being overbearing. Would recommend Glyn-Jones to anyone looking to sell as all interactions with their staff have been pleasant and always helpful and polite! But specifically Aaron, a credit to their office.

GoogleI have had a very good and reciprocal relationship with the team at Littlehampton Glyn-Jones and in particular Megan and Sam. They collectively helped me through my first 'Let' locally, which was for the better part of 4 years. Sam was there at the start, was very helpful, courteous, polite, knowledgeable and keen to make this first Let a simple and successful one. Over the years, Sam has nurtured other team members to assist me, latterly Megan. and they have always kept me informed, well advised, made inspections easy, and basically been a pleasure to work with. Again, Megan was always on hand with helpful advice to manage me through my eventual departure for pastures new. Together with their site maintenance team, Donna in particular, they have always been there to help. Cannot rate them highly enough - great team!

Professional, friendly, put me completely at ease that I was dealing with someone who knew exactly the in's and out's of my particular situation, selling my Mum's mobile home via Power of Attorney from a site with it's own T&C's. Steve knew everything there was to know on the subject and gave me some great advice too on an area I wasn't yet familiar with. His attention to detail and helpfulness has been impressive throughout. The company arranged three viewings within 7 days and sold it. I can't recommend Steve or this company enough. I've always been sceptical about estate agents but they've have changed that opinion. If I have to need their services again, I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. Great service from start to finish.

GoogleI have just exchanged contracts and am due to complete next week. I had my problems as everybody does selling and buying their homes, but Richard from Glyn Jones was the most helpful Estate Agent I could of hoped for. There were times due to technical issues with my Freehold Title that the whole thing nearly fell apart, and without Richards help it probably would have. There was nothing he wouldn't do for me and I thank him for that. The Estate Agents as a whole was also just as good and if Richard wasn't available they would do all they could to assist me. Their service is 2nd to none in the area and i fully believe that is one of the reasons we found a buyer quickly. They couldn't be beaten on price either and they are more than value for money. I couldn't of gotten through the last few months without them. I would fully recommended anybody who is considering selling their home to contact Glyn Jones.
