We were in the unfortunate position of having to sell Mum's house because she is now in a nursing home, and will never return "home". At all times Glyn-Jones offered at excellent service and tried everything that they could to sell the property. The housing market is an extremely difficult one at the moment, and it is at times like these that you need a Glyn-Jones doing their very best to bring about a sale. Thankfully we have just completed on the sale. Sadly the monies achieved will go straight to paying care home fees, but such is life !!. In summary, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Glyn-Jones.

Myles and the team are a credit to Glyn-Jones. Dealing with stressful home finding in a professional and timely manner. My partner and I have recently moved into a lovely little place which was swift and painless, Myles kept in contact throughout the process and (although my impatience chased him up possibly too much) had no qualms with answering multiple and often stupid questions and settling the “new home nerves” I would highly recommend the littlehampton office for any local moves and am confident the experience will be consistent no matter the size or value of the property. A huge thank-you to the rest of the team too who has gone above and beyond to ensure an easy move in, it has gone greatly appreciated and I although we hope to stay here for a while, we wouldn’t go elsewhere when the time comes.

I've been dealing with Megan throughout my tenancy with Glyn-Jones. I'm happy to say that Megan and the whole team have been excellent from start to finish. We found a flat we liked, agreed terms and moved in all within one week! When maintenance work was needed, Donna was always very quick to respond and did a great job getting the contractors in fast to get things sorted. At the end of the tenancy when I needed to leave rather in a hurry, Megan once again came to the rescue and got things organised for me quickly and efficiently. Throughout a rather fraught and drawn-out purchasing process (due to solicitors, not the estate agents), everyone at the Agency was courteous and extremely helpful, responding to every query and problem immediately and with attention to detail. Glyn-Jones staff have been utterly professional in managing my lettings. They have supported me as one letting ended, and then in marketing the property to find a new tenant.
