GoogleI bought my first property through glyn jones over 2 years ago, I recently sold it through them and bought my current house through them. The sales team are very helpful and I would recommend using them without a doubt. The lettings team are also great, I considered renting my house out at one point and their advice was extremely helpful and I would return to them if I changed my mind in future.

GoogleHuge responsibility, selling a house,as I had to last year for my mother & partner’s property. Aaron Baker @ Glyn Jones did a superb job,in respect of getting through the difficulties, twists and turns that occur on the way from posting to completion. He has the intellect and experience to know whom was who;not necessarily the highest bidder, which might be in his interest, but the soundest, Both fiscally and appropriate. Yes my buyer did have his sale fall through and yes he did start being cheeky toward the end. Aaron guided me through this maize with calm efficiency,bringing a very top price in the process. Well done he and his team. I was recommended to him and his team and have done so myself to others. Many thanks to him and all at the Littlehampton office.

Further to your recent review we have taken the time to look at your tenancy and we must confirm we most surprised by your negative feedback. Prior to moving into your Ground floor studio flat the property was checked over by a member of the local authority and approved for your specific circumstances. Your application process was successful and you were moved-in in good time. Members of staff from our firm even took the time to assist you in assembling your furniture, setting up your utility accounts and ensuring that your move-in ran as smoothly as possible. We were further surprised when you abandoned the property just a short time into your fixed term tenancy without prior notice or warning; also leaving the flat full of furniture and requiring extensive cleaning and gardening all of which has left the Landlord financially disadvantaged. Members of staff have attempted to contact you to discuss the matter however you seem to be intent on putting the phone down meaning that you have not afforded us the opportunity to discuss the matter in any-way. We are sorry to hear that your time at the property was not what you expected however do wish you all the best for the future.

As new sellers, just the thought of the whole process felt a little intimidating but Steve talked us through each step of the way and we’ve had the best experience we could have asked for. I cannot fault the dedication he applies to his work, his communication skills, his incredible patience and also his ability to make what can be a stressful time, so much easier.
