GoogleFound my dream home through this estate agent but they advised the seller to put the property back on the market with virtually no notice to me (my mortgage had been slightly delayed due to lockdown restrictions). As a result, the seller accepted another offer just two days before my mortgage was fully approved, meaning I lost out on the house and the seller’s moving date was substantially delayed. This all happened conveniently just a few days after I had paid £250 to their recommended solicitor ACS in bromborough, so I suspect they had waited until their mates got paid to screw me over. Very unprofessional, don’t buy from this agent.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleDefinitely didn't care about landlord and property. After renting with them our house destroyed, didn't get even deposit, not folow ours concerns in the contract. Costumer services is under 0. Never again.

Thank you for the review. As you are aware there were some issues with the property during the tenancy which were raised with you. It is incorrect to suggest the property was destroyed, there are a few issues following the ending of the tenancy. With regards to the comment about your deposit, the deposit is held within an approved scheme. We are currently working with the provider to reach a resolution, which requires us to provide them with evidence, photographic evidence and quotations. We have completed this procedure and the deposit provider will now make a decision regarding the deposit. All steps have been followed correctly and professionally. If there is a dispute between landlord and tenant at the end of a tenancy, this is the process that must be followed. We have advised and updated you throughout this process.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry you feel that we are the ‘worst’ Estate Agents you have dealt with. We sold the properties within days of marketing, the vendors of the properties accepted the offers and no longer wanted any further viewings. GoogleWe are current tenants through Platinum. We are experiencing a fantastic service with no problem too big or too small. All the team are friendly and very approachable and make us feel valued. We had a gas leak from our boiler. One phone call to Platinum and a new boiler was installed within day's. The complete opposite experience to our previous landlord! Constant updates too. Can't rate them high enough!

Thank you for the review. We did put your offer forward to our vendor along with a number of other offers on the property. We have tried contacting you on several occasions to discuss the offer, but you haven't returned our calls. If you would like to contact the office we can discuss with you.
