GoogleI recently vacated a property in Hardy Close which I see has been re-let. In my experience this is the coldest house I have ever encountered and the prospect of wintering there was out of the question. There is a large extension which has no connecting doors to the lounge and kitchen which are both stone floors. There is no doors to the kitchen at all. Cold air swirls around unimpeded and helped by the stone floors. Absolutely freezing but this cut no ice with estate agents who refused to contemplate reinstating doors or putting down rugs. If your looking for a hard working, friendly, proactive estate agent who will go the extra mile (or three) for you then look no further! The communication from start to finish was excellent and nothing was ever too much. Craig went out of his way to get us a second viewing of the house and I can't thank him enough for his hard work. Platinum really did make the house buying process less stressful!
