I have dealt with numerous estate agents in the Chester and Little Sutton area over the last 18 months or so with selling my own property and looking to buy. I can hand on heart say that in my experience, Platinum Independent have provided the most professional and personal service. Nothing has been too much for them and they always went the extra mile, following and getting back to queries very quickly - I have been truly impressed. Whilst I have probably one way or another spoken to most of the staff there, all of whom have been incredibly polite and efficient, my main point of contact has been with Lauren in sales. Lauren is a credit to Platinum and without trying to sound patronising (as she is much younger than me!), she shows professional maturity and a calm demeanour years beyond her age. I would confidentially highly recommend Platinum Independent to anybody who may be thinking of selling their property or indeed looking to buy.

I received a notification from Rightmove on Thursday about a two-bedroom duplex apartment available on Chester Road, Little Sutton, Ellesmere Port. I immediately sent an email and called the helpline. I spoke with a lady who confirmed that the apartment was still available. She mentioned they were in the process of collating inquiries and yet to receive directives to proceed with viewings. She assured me she would get back to me regarding the viewing. She took down my name and phone number. On Friday, I followed up with another email, but I received no response. I then decided to visit their office in person on Saturday, only to be told that four people had already been taken to view the house yesterday(which was on Friday). Despite my requests, the staff member who attended to me didn't even take down my contact information for future lettings. This experience was disappointing, especially since I had heard similar complaints about a lack of transparency. It seems the listing on Rightmove was just for formality, as they already had specific people in mind for the property. I wish you all the best.

Honestly Platinum have been amazing, we cannot thank them enough for the work they put in. Very long chain, very long process with multiple buyers over about 18 months all together. I really can't rate Platinum high enough. I recently completed on a very challenging purchase which required a great deal of effort to get across the line - Scott was always on the ball, chasing all parties and went absolutely above and beyond. I appreciated his ability to stay positive while still being honest and realistic throughout the process. He even went as far as to stay late after I was held up in traffic to collect the keys on completion day. Everyone on the team has been flawlessly polite and I never felt I was being shrugged off or ignored - if Scott wasn't available, there was always someone who was able to help me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Platinum to anyone, I've dealt with my share of agents and they are by far the best.
