We actually sold with another agency before we spoke to Clive Watkin but I can hold heartedly say next time we come to sell we will 100% be going with Clive Watkin. Sadie and Charlotte have been super professional but also down to earth, friendly and helpful. We have felt that they have really listened to us and not been pushy at all. GoogleCarolanne Dailey was very good at finding me a competitive mortgage and was always on hand to help. I would use Countrywide again for a mortgage. I would NOT use the solicitors though - use a local solicitor.

GoogleWe bought our house through Clive Watkins. The team there are amazing, all of them. We delt mostly with Sadie, Kirsty and Lewis who all went above a beyond for us, in a difficult chain. However we spoke to probably all agents there, and all were so friendly and helpful. We would recommend them 100%, and if we are ever brave enough to move again, we'd definitely use them.

GoogleThey helped me move into my current flat - I have had no problems with them so far (and hopefully I won't In the future) - Wonderful people, Easy to get hold of - I have a few problems here and there , stuff that should of been sorted before i moved in AKA gas meter location and my front door not being fixed but nothing i cant really complain about as they are prompt with trying to fix these issues

GoogleAfter being on with another agent to sell my property, I decided to go on the market with Clive Watkin in Little Sutton instead due to lack of contact and viewing through the other agent. I had contact from all staff including staff from Ellesmere Port branch who were also working to sell my property. I had contact from them at least twice a week and viewers through my door before my property even went online. After being on the market for 5 months with the other agent, Clive Watkin managed to sell my property within 10 days. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleWe initially went to Clive Watkin (Little Sutton) after a previous estate agent sadly didn’t provide an appropriate level of service and failed to secure us a buyer after a lengthy period of time. Within a week of the Little Sutton office advertising our house, we had a very healthy number of viewings (all with feedback unlike the last agent) and had accepted an offer well above our asking price. The staff, namely Charlotte, Sadie and Ria, truly went above and beyond with securing our sale and the subsequent follow on/progression service. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they were constantly ‘on the ball’ with chasing up solicitors and other parties. Without their positive, constant approach, we would have certainly had a lot more stress and worry during the process. My wife and I both work shifts, in addition to having a baby under 2 and so at times, it was difficult to keep on top of everything. However, Charlotte, Sadie and Ria all made the process as straightforward and as stress-free as possible and were happy to make certain enquiries on our behalf, in order to reduce our workload and stress. They genuinely couldn’t have been more friendly, personable, approachable and helpful. They truly are a breath of fresh air and completely restored our faith. I just hope they know how much their help and support throughout means to us. I have, and will continue to, recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell their property. Thank you!

GoogleTried to reach sales to view properties, but couldn't reach them, after two days I called the lettings whats going on, but nobody calling me back. I left voicemail. Edited: I raised the stars regarding today they called me and arranged quickly a viewing!
