Dear Paul I am sorry that you feel this way. For the sake of balance I felt it necessary to respond to your review and star rating. Working for a Letting Agency as you do, I am sure you are aware that at times we work in a fast paced market and diary availability can change quickly. In this instance you enquired about a property just as we were closing for the day. You were told that unfortunately due to the time, our computers were off and as such we did not have access to our work diary. It was explained that it was likely viewings would commence the following week but that you would receive a call the following day when the office reopened to confirm details and you had no issue with this. The following day openings within the work diary enabled viewings to be booked in and as such you along with others that had enquired were telephoned to book in an appointment to view if desired and if possible. Unfortunately you did not answer your phone several times when called and there was no voicemail facility to advise you of the situation. When you did return the calls it was explained that other viewings had taken place and the guide price had been exceeded by another interested party. It was also explained that the property was still available and an alternative time the same day was offered. This alternative time was declined by you as it was not possible to get to the property. On this basis other dates and times were offered the following week in line with your initial conversation but these too were declined by you. It is a great shame that you feel in some way mis-lead. We have tried to give you the opportunity to view the property and at the time of writing the property is still available.
