GoogleInstructed Bradleys almost three months ago to put plot on their on-line auction, very poor communication, l'm always having to chase them to find out what is happening, was promised weekly updates over a month ago, still nothing despite paying a small fortune up front, their excuse...covid and brexit!! Typical response from a poorly organised outfit, my advice....go somewhere else!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

This whole company is appalling. They basically do everything in there power to avoid having a conversation with you. I wouldn't sell my house with them even if my life depended on it, let alone have them manage a letting.

GoogleBradleys did a great job selling my house during a tough market. Communication was always very good, with prompt feedback after every viewing. Amanda even helped me to resolve a dispute with the utilities company months after the sale had completed- above and beyond the call of duty for sure! Definitely recommend.

GoogleWe have enquired about properties to rent on a number of occasions at Liskeard, we were never able to get an answer when we telephoned so we left voice mails and have never had our calls returned, so we are losing the opportunity to obtain a property.

A special mention to one of the guys there called Ryan who was our main contact throughout, answered any questions we had and done all the hard work for us. what a waste of time these muppets are. emailed several times regarding a property, filled out all relevant application forms etc not one email was replied too. How the heck are you still in business with an attitude like that?!!?!

GoogleDont go here if you are someone who claims housing benifit. The agents clained they could not help anyone who claims and we're very rude.
