GoogleHappy with the sale negotiation team they was very fair and helpful when buying the property they had for sale. Karen in the Bradleys progression team was great in keeping us updated on the chain weekly and pushing the sales through buy helping keep the pressure on the solicitors.

GoogleViewed a property with Morwenna. Morwenna worked around mine and my partners schedules to arrange a viewing and selected the perfect property based on our requirements. The property she selected was nothing short of perfect. Morwenna gave a fair and honest appraisal of the property and guided us through the process of renting from start to finish. Worst customer service I have ever received. Made to feel like my thoughts and views were insignificant and I was stupid!! I have been in sales and senior management for 25years and have never experienced such a lack of customer care. I would never recommend anyone to use this company to sell their home, people deserve more than this company delivers.

GoogleIt was the best ever experience from the moment I placed my property for sale with Bradleys in Liskeard to the final completion. I was kept in the loop by Josh and his colleagues throughout the process, nothing was too too much trouble and the whole process was so stress free it was hard to believe. I would recommend them 100% if you are looking to sell your property.

Went into Taunton office a week ago for a valuation on my apartment , was told I would get a phone call back later in the day , one week later still no phone call . It’s now going on with the agent next door , and guess what I won’t be buying off Bradley’s

GoogleVery disappointed that after 5 months we still can’t complete on a property with Bradley’s. Despite months of what we thought where negotiations the property is appears was not market ready !! Worst of all is that we can’t seem to withdraw and cut our expensive loses as they won’t put us forward to be considered for renting a property they have on their books as 12 months isn’t a long enough let ????? Ummm how odd I do wonder the motif behind this !! One way to keep sales numbers up I’ve asked for head office call back and been told there’s no point there’s nothing they can do !! GoogleI cannot fault the service I received from Bradleys. The sales, marketing and progression team were excellent, great communication and they dealt promptly with every enquiry leading to the sale of my property. I have dealt with many other Estate Agencies who have over promised, given highly inflated valuations leading to delays in sale, in my opinion Bradleys gave a realistic valuation and managed the expectations of all parties very well.

GoogleIf I could score these slimey liars less I would do. They couldn't even look me in the eyes when I picked the keys up. Let's just say the ombudsman is very interested in the fact they started to remarked a property illegally as a completion order had been issued. I have the screen shots to prove it also before they start lying again to worm out of it.

GoogleInstructed Bradleys almost three months ago to put plot on their on-line auction, very poor communication, l'm always having to chase them to find out what is happening, was promised weekly updates over a month ago, still nothing despite paying a small fortune up front, their excuse...covid and brexit!!
